Entrepreneur and founder of Closing Bridge: Transaction Coordinator Services, Chelsea hails from New York but has made Charlotte, NC her home for the last 17 years. She is a licensed real estate professional and dedicated transaction coordinator with hands-on experience as a pre-closing paralegal. She is decisive, driven, and highly efficient, bringing structure and forward momentum to every file she manages.
While she thrives on results, her greatest strength lies in her ability to connect with people. Known for her “soft” skills, sincerity, and calm problem-solving approach, she will identify and resolve challenges before they impact a transaction.
